I moved back to Colorado in 2013 after living all over the world for many years. I am now happily painting in my own studio in Evergreen, Colorado. I love to experiment, try new things and I love color; so my art is very diverse and interesting.

About Me
My Beginnings
Csilla Florida is first generation American, born of Hungarian parents and inspired by a family-line of artists. "Art has always been a part of my life. I am constantly creating, experimenting, and learning new techniques- this is what makes art exciting."
My Education
Although mostly self taught, she attended the University of Colorado, studied privately for 4 years with an award winning watercolorist, and attended numerous workshops with well known and accomplished artists.
My Life as an Artist
"I have lived all over the world and studied art in many different environments, including the Louvre in Paris. The cultures and experiences of the countries in which I lived are infused into my artwork. My goal is to capture the culture, the feelings, and the emotions of the people and the life surrounding me."
Csilla has exhibited internationally, won awards, and placed paintings in private collections throughout the world.
